How do I create an
MIYO Account?
Access Your Secure Patient Portal with MIYO
Welcome to the secure patient portal for New Day Therapy!
Through MIYO, you can conveniently manage your care anytime, anywhere.
With the MIYO Portal, You Can:
Complete intake paperwork online
Sign consent forms electronically
View upcoming appointments
Attend secure telehealth sessions
Send secure messages to your provider
Upload insurance cards and documents
Receive appointment reminders
Make secure online payments
Getting Started is Easy
Step 1: Watch for Your Invitation
After scheduling, you will receive a secure invitation by:
Text message
Email
Click the link provided to begin setup.
Step 2: Create Your Account
You’ll be asked to:
Verify your information
Create a secure password
Confirm your email or phone number
Once complete, your portal will be ready to use!
Step 3: Download the MIYO App
For the best experience, patients will be prompted to download the MIYO mobile app during setup.
Using the app allows you to:
Access appointments quickly
Join telehealth sessions easily
Receive reminders and notifications
Manage your care from your phone
Available for both Apple and Android devices.
Joining a Telehealth Appointment
When it’s time for your appointment:
Log into the MIYO portal or app
Open your upcoming appointment
Select Join Session
We recommend joining 5–10 minutes early and allowing camera/microphone access when prompted.
