Michele Fling, MA, LPC
Michele Fling holds a Master’s in Counseling from West Virginia University with a specialization in working with children ages Pre-K to young adults. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in West Virginia and has worked many years in the local schools as a school counselor. She is trained in the treatment of mental and emotional health issues of children and adults in the areas of anxiety, anger management, adjustment disorders, depression, goal setting, grief/loss issues, and trauma. Her main goal in counseling is to assist others in obtaining a healthier way of living life and coping with everyday stressors.
A lifelong resident of the Mid-Ohio Valley, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children. She is an active participant in various community organizations. She enjoys camping, flower gardening, attending musical performances and WVU Football games.
Michele sees patients ages five and older and accepts most commercial insurance, The Health Plan Medicaid.
