How do I create an
OnPatient Account?

OnPatient is a patient portal developed by DrChrono EHR to connect providers who use DrChrono as their electronic health record (EHR) with their patients. To create an OnPatient account, you will need to contact our office and request an OnPatient invitation. The invitation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of registration.

Once you have accepted our invitation, you will need to verify your identity through your date of birth and phone number or social security number. You will also need to create a unique password. Once your identity has been confirmed, you will be able to view your health history, schedule appointments, make payments for outstanding balances, and facilitate open yet secure communication between you and your therapist via online and mobile methods.
